*£26,000 - £30,000 basic salary plus commission, £35,000 - £40,000 OTE DOE

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Duties: 
*Booking and carrying out valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression 
*Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors & buyers 
*Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team 
*Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets 
*Registering applicants and attending viewings 
*Negotiating offers
*Supporting with sales progression when required
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Experience Needed 
*Previous experience is essential, with a minimum of 18 months required
*You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills 
*You will be a confident valuer, or have acted as a branch reserve valuer looking to build up your knowledge
*You will have ambitions to reach managerial level
*You will have solid IT skills and experience of using estate agency CRM systems 
*Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key 
*You will be well spoken and well presented 
*You will be target driven and ambitious 
*You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance 
*Driving licence and own vehicle is required
