Client Services Administrator
*Annual Salary: £30k - £35k
*Location: Office-based in Enfield
*Job Type: Full-time

They are seeking a dedicated Client Servicing Assistant to support their team of financial advisers in meeting their FCA regulatory obligations and ensuring exceptional ongoing client service. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in financial services, who possesses strong organisational skills and a professional demeanor.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Work closely with three financial advisers to ensure compliance with FCA regulatory obligations and client commitments.
*Attend client meetings to assist with information gathering and clarification of existing information, enabling the delivery of advice and recommendations.
*Ensure client files are up-to-date and complete, addressing any missing information or details.
*Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
*Update Factfinds and manage information in the IO (back office) system, including tasks and notes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
*Experience or knowledge of IFA/Financial Services products is preferable.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
*Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with diverse clients and scenarios.
