Job Title: Administrator
Location: North Bristol
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (flexible hours available)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join a well-established, family-owned company based in North Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have a keen interest in AI and how it can enhance business efficiency. As we continue to embrace technology to improve our processes, your enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions will be highly valued.
Main Duties
" Answer incoming phone calls and manage general enquiries.
" Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
" Maintain and organise company filing systems.
" Assist in overseeing tender requests and related documentation.
" Support in reviewing and updating company policies.
" Explore and assist with AI-driven improvements in administrative tasks.
" Key Skills & Experience
" Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
" Confident in handling tasks independently.
" Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
" An interest in AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
