Job Description:
Are you an experienced financial services administrator, looking for an IFA Administration role working with a close-knit team.
This role offers a generous package and opportunities for development.
Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Adviser.
Duties for this role will include:
*Preparing for client meetings including quote requests, obtaining valuations and appropriate literature
*Preparing and submitting applications and supporting documents to product providers
*Chasing providers until case completion, and resolving any issues that may arise
*Inputting new business proposals to the back-office system in line with Company procedures, ensuring data is updated in full to ensure correct MI reporting
*Working with an adviser to follow the full new business process until completion
*Dealing with day-to-day client and provider enquiries
*Obtaining relevant information from providers
The candidate:
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
*Relevant experience within a financial services / wealth management environment
*Positive can-do attitude
*Eager to enjoy work within a high achieving and committed team.
