Job Description:
Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Aerospace Customer Service person for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.
Job Description:-
*Customer Services (Telephone and E-Mail)
*Keeping clients up to date with their shipment status including; flight and customs delays and proof of deliveries
*Keep clients updated on services company can offer
*Develop and maintain client relationships
*Sending pre-alerts to overseas offices
*Provide quotes to customers
*Monitor all shipments.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
