A fantastic opportunity for a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join an award winning, leading Independent agent, renowned for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries.
*Schedule and conduct property viewings.
*Assist in negotiating rental terms and agreements.
*Maintain accurate records and support the lettings process.
*Assist with market research and property pricing.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
*Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
*Full UK driving license.
