Job Description:
Our client is a niche loss adjusting practice that is keen to expand its operation into marine work so is keen to consider any specialist adjusters in this area, particularly those in a close-working team environment.
*Through such a move you will be empowered to run your own operation with autonomy, support and financial backing thus enabling you to implement your own strategies that you are possibly unable to do in your present company.
About you:
*Candidates must have a significant track record in marine adjusting and be able to demonstrate a market presence that will give our client the confidence to invest in you to establish a Marine Division.
*You can live anywhere as our client supports home working.
*You will ideally have a business plan in mind as to how such a new operation could establish itself in the UK market.
*Formal qualifications would be advantageous but are not as important as practical experience and reputation.
Salary & Benefits:
Our client has complete flexibility on package and will support a profit-sharing system that benefits everyone.
