The Role:
As a Car Sales Executive, you will:
*Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle.
*Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial inquiry to final handover.
*Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue for the dealership.
*Maintain strong product knowledge of new and used vehicles.
*Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals.
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in car sales (dealership experience preferred).
*A passion for sales and a customer-first attitude.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*A self-motivated and target-driven approach.
*Full UK driving license.

Basic Salary £20,000 plus £55K+ OTE - Uncapped Commission
