About The Role
Job role: Site Manager
Location: Wolverhampton, WV13
Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00am -16:00pm
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Per Annum
Car allowance: £5,000

What You’ll Be Doing: *Overseeing all aspects of site operations, including production and office-based teams
*Leading and developing a large team (50+ direct reports) to achieve performance targets and service excellence
*Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency
*Managing change effectively in a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment
*Working closely with other sites across the business
*Ensuring compliance with health & safety, operational policies, and customer service level agreements
*Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For: *Proven experience in managerial roles, overseeing large teams (50+ people) in a warehouse and/or office environment
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
*Experience in change management, process improvement, and driving efficiency
*Ability to identify challenges, problem-solve, and implement effective solutions
*A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving, operational setting, working to targets and KPI’S on a daily basis
*IT Literacy
*Full driving licence as you will be required to travel to others sites on occasion.
