About the Role: We’re looking for a Project Manager who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. You’ll coordinate activities across the group, work to deadlines, and keep the Executive team updated on progress.
Key Responsibilities:
*Define project scope and complete documentation with internal stakeholders.
*Liaise with project sponsors and external clients to identify requirements, timelines, and costs.
*Coordinate internal resources for flawless project execution.
*Develop and revise detailed project plans.
*Assign tasks based on staff strengths and capacity.
*Monitor project performance and address any issues.
*Present project status reports to the Executive team.
*Work effectively with all stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
*Develop leadership, client/supplier relations, and communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
*Preferred: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), PMP/PRINCE II certification, degree in a relevant field.
*Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in manufacturing.
*Strong knowledge of the project lifecycle, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
*Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and make tough decisions.
