Job Description:
We have an opening for a Commercial Administrator working for a busy, industrial company based in Cradley Heath
The purpose of the role is to support the Commercial Director with all customer administration
Main duties to include:
*Liaise with clients, place orders and process through the system
*Raise weekly invoices
*Process weekly sales invoices
*Support the commercial director to analyses jobs
*Report on contracts
*Working on excel to create excel track sheets and invoicing
*Keep the inhouse system to date with all changes
*Being point of contact for any invoice queries
The right candidate would ideally:
*Be a strong, all round administrator
*Have excellent communication skills
*A can-do, positive approach to work
*Accurate typing and numerical skills
*Be used to working in an industrial setting
*Have a good sense of humour!
Full training will be provided on their systems
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm - 40 hour week - lunches paid
Salary £11.44ph
This role will be working on a temporary to permanent contract, Immediate start for the right candidate
