Job Description:
The Finance Assistant position requires a dedicated and meticulous individual with an aptitude for numbers, capable of handling various accounting and financial tasks within the industrial / manufacturing industry.

Description
*Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
*Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
*Creating and updating expense reports.
*Processing reimbursement forms.
*Participating in quarterly and annual audits.
*Collaborating with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy.
*Assisting with other accounting projects as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*Experience within a similar role
*Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel.
*An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
*Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Offer
*An hourly wage ranging between £12.60 and £15.40, dependent on the individual’s skills and experience.
*Fully office based
*The opportunity to work within a large organisation that is a leader in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
*A temporary contract with the potential for extension, dependent on company requirements.
