Job Description:
Lead FM Project Manager Lifecycle - PFI Healthcare - Birmingham c£68k
Working for the Facilities Management provider, you will manage a team of PM’s and manage lifecycle projects at a hospital site in Birmingham. You will need to have extensive lifecycle project management experience preferably within a healthcare environment and you need to understand PFI contracts and deed of variation. You will manage a team including PM’s, APM and supervisors.
A knowledge of HTM’s and HBN’s is also required.
Managing multiple projects at once; lifecycle, variations enquiries and defects. Typical projects will include chiller replacement, LED lighting replacement, plant room upgrades, change of use for rooms etc.
They enjoy a good working relationship with the trust and the SPV, there is parking provided.
