Residential Conveyancer , Bristol
My client is a well known firm in the Bristol area looking for an experienced and motivated conveyancer to join a very busy residential property team in Bristol to take on an existing caseload.
The vacancy has arisen from internal promotions, something the firm are proud of and have a good track record of.
The firm is paper light with a modern case management system. Secretarial and legal assistant support is available to help you, although it would be anticipated that you could if necessary occasional handle admin if there was no one around that day.
Benefits include : 27 days annual leave plus stats plus christmas off, standard pension and a generous bonus structure of up to 10% of anything invoiced once you are above target and this is paid annually.
Hybrid working is available once you are through probation (3 months) - the firm want you in the office 5 days a week initially just so you become "part of the furniture" and are ingrained in the cultures and mechanics of the firm.
The firm don’t pay for referrals, they are always busy and have a lot of walk-ins and word of mouth enquiries.
The preference is to find someone qualified to sign off, however if you are very experienced and non-qualified the firm can absolutely still make it work.
Salary competitive based upon previous experience.
There is limited parking onsite but ample free street parking available.
The firm want someone who lives in commutable proximity to Bristol - although relocators will be accepted !
