Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Technology, Big Data & Finance - London
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (Up to 40%)

Specialising in technology, big data, and finance, they work with some of the most sought-after quantitative trading funds, hedge funds, fintech firms, and investment banks, placing top-tier talent in roles such as traders, quant researchers, AI specialists, data engineers, and networking professionals.

The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
*Identify and engage with the world’s most sought-after quant and tech talent
*Develop deep industry knowledge to build long-term relationships with elite clients
*Manage full recruitment cycles, from headhunting to offer negotiation
*Earn high commissions by securing placements in a sector where salaries start at six figures
