As Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Sales Processing
*Managing customer reservations and processing documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
*Coordinating contracts, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Customer Engagement & Support
*Acting as a key point of contact for buyers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
*Handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Data & Reporting
*Maintaining accurate records of activity and customer details.
*Generating reports to track performance and market trends.
Liaison & Communication
*Working closely with consultants, solicitors, agents, and other departments to streamline transactions.
*Ensuring all stakeholders are informed and updated throughout the journey.
Administrative & Financial Support
*Overseeing stock availability, coordinating reservations, and assisting with marketing promotions.
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator with:
*The ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. in engaging with customers and colleagues.
*A passion for delivering a first-class experience.
*Accuracy in sales processes and data management.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and especially Excel
*The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
