Job Description:
Team Leader – young peoples service
LOCATION: Weston Super Mare
DURATION:Temp to perm available
Salary: £14.48 PAYE
HOURS: 37.5 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm

As a Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission, guiding a dedicated team and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Preferred Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Senior Support Worker or Shift Leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
*This role will see you oversee a team of night support workers and help with the day to day running of the service – a small young peoples supported living property
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.
*Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
*Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change, ensuring you can thrive in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in a similar role.
*Familiarity with the industry or a keen interest in the field, allowing you to hit the ground running.
