Job Description:
REED Business support in Bath is delighted to be working in partnership with a local firm in Bath in their search for a Property Manager. Working in a small team, you will be highly motivated and dedicated to delivering excellent results for their clients. You will need to have experience in leading a team, monitoring and motivating staff, along with the ability to create and acquire new business opportunities.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Additionally, you may be required to work some Saturdays during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the day-to-day running of the office
• Identifying areas for improvement
• Overseeing and participating in all aspects of the office
• Setting and reviewing office and personal targets
• Identifying opportunities for business growth
• Delivering quick response times and excellent customer service, ensuring staff members do the same
• Maintaining and building a happy, productive workforce
• Ensuring staff adopt procedures and policies correctly, making ad hoc checks as necessary
• Monitoring and motivating the team
• Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, queries, and complaints
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years office management experience
• Self-motivation and drive
• Professional and well-presented demeanour
• Ability to manage and motivate staff members of all levels
• Reasonable IT knowledge and proficiency in adapting to new software systems
• A full driving licence and own vehicle
