Job Description:
At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for IT Repair Technicians to work with one of our respective clients.
Duties & responsibilities:
*Configuration of devices
*Repair assessments - viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing fault
*Fault Finding and plan of action to resolve problems
*Fitting of new parts to repair product
*Testing of product to ensure returned to full working order
*These repairs can be across a range of Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets & Smartphones (Apple & Android)
Key Skills and requirements:
*Previous experience and knowledge of repairs and operating systems is preferred although full on the job training will be given.
*Strong Organisation skills
*Excellent Communication skills
*Teamwork and interpersonal skills
*Computer literate
*Time management skills as deadlines need to be met.
Hours - 08:30 - 16:30. With option overtime available.
Pay - £12.50+ Depends on experience
Location - Swindon
Terms - Temp to Perm
Start date - ASAP
