*Monitor machines, materials and equipment
*Consistently ensure production and quality are maintained
*Work with Technicians to troubleshoot and solve processing problems
*Maintaining a clean and tidy work area

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Comfortable working on your feet
*Self-motivated and proactive – eager to contribute to the team’s success
*Engineering Qualification or proven experience in a plastics or polymer environment
