Job Description:
A manufacturing organisation based in Thornbury is currently recruiting a Finance and Administration Assistant to join their team.
Working for a growing SME in a tight-knit team, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.
Duties will include:
*Preparing purchase orders in accordance with requests for materials
*Processing purchase ledger invoices
*Sales order and invoice processing
*Banking and bank reconciliations
*Statement reconciliations
*Arrange travel bookings/hotel flights
*Query resolutions around good in and goods out
*Maintain office supplies and inventory
*Filing and data entry
The successful candidate will have worked in both a finance and administrative role previously, be comfortable using Excel and be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a small team.
