Legal Executive
Wembley, Middlesex
£32,000 + Pension
If you are an experienced Legal Executive with experience of wills and probate then this really is the perfect job for you, excellent prospects are available for the right person.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of clients and dealing with wills and probate
- Liaising extensively with clients and building successful relationships
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts and other related documentation
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on inheritance tax, estate planning and probate matters
- Assisting clients with the administration of estate and trusts
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and other parties involved in the probate process
