Reed Finance is excited to be partnering on a retained basis with a high growth business based in Emersons Green looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to join their team.

Salary circa. £50,000 + generous benefits + equity options.
This role is critical for business succession planning and offers a real opportunity to make a difference both to the business and your career. The successful candidate will start as a Finance Manager with the aim of developing into a Finance Director over time.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparation of Management Accounts
*Preparation of accruals and prepayments
*Stock Reconciliation
*Month-end reporting
*VAT Reconciliation and Submission
*CIS Reconciliation and Submission
*Cash Forecasting
*Analysis Reporting, requiring a good knowledge of Excel
*Working to deadlines and under pressure
*Assisting other team members, including covering sales ledger invoices 
*Learning from the bottom up, including sales and purchase ledger processes
*Exposure to supporting Acquisition activity.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Qualified accountant
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
*Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
*Team player with a can-do attitude
