Branch Manager - Weston Super Mare
The Package:
* Basic Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
* OTE: £50,000+
* 5 Months of Supplementary Payments while you build your pipeline
* Company Car or Car Allowance
* Career Progression Opportunities
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the office and oversee staff management
* Provide coaching and guidance to your team, promoting development and progression
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
* Drive business growth and exceed targets
* Conduct property valuations and market instructions
* Oversee sales progression and maintain regular client contact
* Train and develop staff to achieve their full potential
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in estate agency is essential
* Enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly presentable and articulate
* Strong desire to succeed and achieve set goals
* Full UK Driving License
