Role responsibilities
*Managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses across a variety of sectors
*Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, VAT returns, and management reports
*Providing tailored advice on tax planning, compliance, and business performance
*Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships
*Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing work and supporting development
*Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and resolving any queries
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service
