About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Control Operative to join a growing company in Aldridge. This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
*Inspect incoming EU deliveries to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
*Verify the identity of products and report any discrepancies
*Carry out authenticity checks on selected stock
*Sample check pre-printed packaging materials and components during production
*Compare materials and products against set specifications
*Approve or reject components, packaging, and finished products based on quality criteria
*Review batch records to ensure accuracy and completeness
*Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
*Upload relevant documentation to the company server
*Report any concerns or quality issues to the Quality Control Team Leader

*Previous experience in quality control or inspection
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to follow strict quality control procedures
*Good communication skills and a proactive approach
*Physically fit, with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and bending
