We are currently recruiting a Band 6 Physiotherapist for one of the NHS Trusts in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to patients.

Job Details:
* Position: Band 6 Physiotherapist
* Location: West Midlands
* Type: Full-time / Part-time
* Shift: 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £22 to £26 per hour
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and innovative Physiotherapist who is driven to implement change and support service development, while expanding their own and others’ knowledge and skills across the service. A flexible approach is essential, along with excellent team working, organisational, and time management skills.
* Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive patient treatment records in line with CSP and HCPC standards, and Trust documentation policies.
* Actively participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and integrate physiotherapy into the overall treatment plan.
* Contribute to patient care discussions, progress reviews, and discharge planning.
* Be an active member of the respiratory on-call evening and weekend service after necessary training and competency achievement.
* Assess and treat acutely ill patients with respiratory issues during out-of-hours services.
* Provide clinical feedback to the wider multidisciplinary team.
* Ensure your practice meets required professional competency standards.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration
* Evidence of continued professional development
* Previous community experience
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
* Completed at least one rotation covering Acute Medical Wards
* Strong assessment and treatment skills across a range of clinical settings
* Understanding of clinical governance and audit processes
