Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role based in the West Bromwich area.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing manufacturing company.
The role offers company training and excellent potential for progression.
Salary - £26-28K
Hours - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties:
*First point of contact for customer queries
*Answering a range of internal and external calls.
*Escalating problems internally when required
*Following up delivery schedules, identifying products required by the customer and ensuring queries are dealt with in a proactive and timely manner.
*Tracking outstanding deliveries and liaising with site managers/transport team.
*Processing customer orders & raising additional items required to resolve aftercare issues.
Requirements:
*Previous office based customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
*Strong IT and administration skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Willing to learn, flexible and adaptable
*Strong problem solving skills
