Digital Technology Director
Location: Yorkshire area (different hybrid working options available)
Salary: £130,000 to £150,000 base plus attractive executive package

We’re looking for a Digital Technology Director to lead the digital and tech strategy across the UK. Sitting on the UK Senior Leadership, this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering digital transformation aligned with business goals.

Day In The Life:
* Develop and execute the digital strategy and investment roadmap.
* Lead transformation programs across core business functions.
* Collaborate with global tech teams to align solutions and scale innovation.
* Promote a data-driven culture, leveraging AI and advanced analytics.
* Guide integration of acquired entities into the tech ecosystem.
* Build and mentor a high-performing digital team focused on growth and capability.
* Ensure strong governance, change management, and security compliance.

What We’re Looking For:
* 15+ years’ experience in technology leadership roles, ideally within CPG, food service, retail or manufacturing.
* Strong track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
* Strategic thinker with experience in platforms ERP, advanced data/AI tools etc...
* Strong leadership and communication skills - confident influencing at senior level.
* Collaborative, agile mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
