Job Description:
Coating Plant Operative (Temp to Perm) – Join a Leading Family Fabrication Business in Oldbury
Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 (M-T) and finish at 15:30 on Fridays.
Hourly rate: £12.21 plus overtime if wanted.
What We’re Looking For: *Previous experience working in a coating plant, powder coating, or similar industrial setting
*Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
*Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
*Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
*Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
The Role: *Preparing and coating metal components to required specifications
*Operating coating plant equipment safely and efficiently
*Quality checking finished products for consistency and finish
*Maintaining a clean and organised work area
*Supporting the team to meet production targets and deadlines
