Job Description:
REED Business Support in Bath is excited to be working with a loyal and trusted client in their search for a Temporary Property Administrator.
This is a 3 month temporary role
£14.48 per hour

Hybrid
Typical duties include:
• Collaborating with team leaders to co-ordinate repairs across a portfolio of properties
• Managing and liaising with multiple contractors, including raising purchase orders and invoice management
• Facilitating communication between teams, tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines is met
• Maintaining accurate records, contributing to improved project efficiency
Ideally you will have:
*Excellent communication skills
*A history in providing administrative support at team level
*Strong IT knowledge
*Team awareness
