You will handle a varied residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. About You:Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently. Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail. Strong client communication skills with a proactive, service-led approach. Able to work efficiently and manage time effectively within a busy team. Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer is desirable, but experienced fee earners will also be considered.
