Job Description:
Solution Engineer
Up to £60k per annum
Remote based with travel to Site
TechNet are currently working with the UK’s Fastest growing Connectivity and solutions integrator. Growing over 30% year on Year this company have multiple awards and are looking to continue there growth.
The Solution Engineer Plays a pivotal part in designing and delivering Solutions for customers through a variety of professional services such as low level design, Wi-fi surveys and installations .
As a Solution Engineer you will be working on the following
*Pre-Sales Technical Support for the commercial team
*Listening and understanding the needs of customer,then scoping, designing and building a solution to solve their challenges
*Providing 3rd line support to the service desk as required
*Researching Emerging technologies to stay updated with the best alternatives and to improve existing Architecture
*Provide a Technical Lead role in project work
The Solutions Engineer will need the following skills
*Hold a relevant qualification ( CCNA at a minimum)
*Demonstrable experience in wired and wireless technologies
*Effective communicator
*Previous experience with pre-sales
