Job Description
*Work with Project and Business managers to set up a new department within an already well-established company
*Take ownership of various manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency and optimisation
*Manage quality standards on the shop floor ensuring compliance with ISO regulations
*Provide practical support to manufacturing teams when needed

Manufacturing Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Strong understanding of electrical engineering and machine builds
*Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
*Prior experience working towards continuous improvements of quality procedures
*Understanding of rotary machinery is desirable
