Description
*Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks
*Coordinate with hiring managers and prospective candidates
*Assist in arranging interviews and follow-ups
*Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of recruitment records
*Help in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements
*Handle confidential recruitment information with discretion
*Support in onboarding new hires
*Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
Profile
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
