Overview:
We are seeking an Interim Manager to support our client’s dementia specialist service.
Responsibilities:
*Ensure the highest quality of care is provided
*Increase occupancy
*Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Skills:
*Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and ability to stay up-to-date with any changes
*Proficiency in using the Nourish/Care plan systems
*Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with teams
*Familiarity with local governing body is a plus
