Our client is a modern specialist New Build Mortgage Broker and due to business levels they’re looking for another advisor. Ideally you will have a lot of New Build mortgage experience, but if you’re a broker with strong figures and enjoy a fast pace then it could also be a great fit.
They’re offering a strong commission package (guaranteed income support for the first few months while your pipeline builds) - their brokers are banking 250k a year, and with the new build market growing, you can earn some great money here!
New Build Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
*Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
*Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
*Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
*Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Experience needed to become a New Build Mortgage Advisor;
*Minimum 1 years as a whole of market mortgage advisor
*New Build mortgage experience is desired, applications will be considered if you’re not a specialist but have strong figures
*CeMAP and CAS is required
*You must be based within the Midlands, with the ability to commute to Solihull.
