• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE and now looking for a new challenge.
• The residential conveyancing team has a wealth of expertise which covers the broad remit of residential conveyancing including help to buy, remortgages, sales and purchases, transfer of equity and new build matters.
• You will be expected to lead a whole team of Conveyancers, Paralegals and Assistants, so previous supervisory experience is essential.
• You will oversee the allocation of files within the team, monitoring and managing the performance of the team, whilst providing guidance on regulatory, client care and legal issues.
• You will be joining a progressive practice with a strong reputation for the services they provide.
