OVERVIEW:
• The appointed conveyancer will collaborate with regional offices and work closely with Development, Sales and Technical teams.
• You will oversee the completion of plot sales and part-exchange transactions.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the residential property environment is required, with prior experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing.
• You will manage all aspects of the conveyancing sale process including preparing draft contract packs, handling inquiries, exchanging contracts and meeting deadlines
• Your role will involve confidently handling plot sales, part-exchanges, re-sales and investigate titles for both freehold and leasehold properties
• Conduct purchaser due diligence
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home ownership schemes
