Our client is seeking a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is working towards their ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualification.
They are a highly successful business in the Engineering industry and are looking for someone to join on a permanent basis.
The successful Part Qualified Management Accountant will be reporting into the Financial Controller.
Description
Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
*Supporting in budgeting and forecasting processes
*Assist in the preparation of financial reports
*Maintain and reconcile key accounts
*Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
*Assist with cost analysis and control
*Support internal and external audits
Profile
The successful Management Accountant:
*Part Qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA (actively studying)
*Strong analytical and numerical skills
*Proficient in finance software
*Strong Excel skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Able to commute to Nottingham
