Architectural Technician
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £28-£35,000

A reputable consultancy is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join its vibrant team based in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a variety of high-quality projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare and education. Your main responsibilities will include:
*Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction details
*Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other consultants to develop detailed design solutions
*Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
*Assist in the coordination of project information using BIM methodologies
*Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities as required
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
*A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
*Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
*Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
*Experience working on projects across RIBA Stages 3-5
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
