Job Description
*To drive improvements into the business from internal data analysis, customer & supplier inputs
*To build understanding, interpreting and communicating customer requirements and ensuring internal value streams & suppliers deliver Right First Time
*To develop the whole supply chain from (supplier base to customer) to deliver 100% quality & 100% Delivery, utilising & training modern tools such as Lean, RCCA, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FAI
*To work in an inclusive and solutions focused manner as a high performing team player.

*Be able to lead initiatives that improve products & processes
*Knowledge of complex Quality Engineering processes and regulatory requirements
*Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and make recommendations for improvements to products, processes or services
