The is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work for one of the best establishments in the area. Located on the outskirts of Sudbury, we have a fantastic chance for a passionate and switched on Chef de Partie to work in a multiple Rosette kitchen, cooking with some of the best fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.
Our client has a large, superbly organised kitchen with a strong brigade of chefs, led by a dedicated and talented Head Chef who is looking for an eager and hands on Chef de Partie to join his award winning brigade.
The ideal Chef de Partie will:
· The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination
· Have previous Rosette experience
· Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge
· Be competent in all sections of the kitchen
Qualification/Skill Required
*Minimum of 2 years of previous experience working at this level
*Level 2 Health and Hygiene Certificate
*NVQ in professional cookery / or equivalent, preferred
Conveniently situated near Sudbury, Colchester and Ipswich, a driver is preferred for this role, however live in accommodation can be provided for the right applicant.
