Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Core hours: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm
Main Requirements:
*Engineering qualification, HNC, ONC or equivalent
*Practical electrical and mechanical experience
*Ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve both electrical and mechanical control and instrumentation faults
*60/40 electrical biased
*Experience of working in a safe working environment. Permit to work or IOSH
Skills:
*Pumps (vacuum, diaphragm, centrifugal, other technologies)
*Motors and inverters
*Steam and condensate systems
*Pipework water, steam, air, pressured, chemical
*Compressed air and pneumatics
*Demineralization and reverse osmosis
*Ph. control, batch controllers, load cells
*Pressure systems and appreciation of the pressure systems regulations
*Food grade areas and appreciation of HACCP systems
*Computer literate Outlook, Excel, Word etc
