Job title:High Hazard SHE Coordinator
Location:Glascoed
Salary: £ 42,132
What you’ll be doing:
*Advise the site on process and/or explosive safety topic
*Support with Explosives licence applicants and justifications
*Developing, reviewing and updating of The Site COMAH Safety Report with applicable report section SMEs
*Provide a common approach and best practise to the identification of Major Accident Hazards and explosives safety for the site
*Support the preparation and review of documentation including Past Accident Searches, Human Factors Assessments, Hazard Identification, Process Risk Assessments, ALARP Summary Reports and Work Area Safety Conditions
*Liaise with other functions and at all levels in the business, External organizations and Regulators
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
*Experience working in a highly regulated industry i.e. COMAH, Explosives or High Hazard
*Have a NEBOSH certificate (or equivalent/ working towards)
*Demonstrate theoretical knowledge and some relevant practical expertise in High Hazard areas such as explosive risk management, explosive licensing or COMAH
*Experience and knowledge of different types of Risk Assessments e.g. FMEA, Human Factors, HAZID, HAZOP, COSHH
*Process safety knowledge and awareness
Desirable:
*Have a recognised professional Safety and Health Management qualification NEBOSH diploma
