Job Description:
Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking an Administrator to join their serviced building based in Peterborough.
This role would be a dream fit for somebody who is highly motivated with strong communication skills!
Key Responsibilities:
*Arranging repairs, maintenance & refurbishments
*Carrying out property visits with a property manager
*Regular contact with tenants & landlords to solve queries
*Preparation of reports
Personal Requirements:
*Ideally experience in a property environment
*High level of attention to detail
*Strong communication skills
*Good IT proficiency
Benefits:

*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Company Pension scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730 with an hour for lunch
Salary: £25,000
