We are currently recruiting for a US Casualty Claims Adjuster on behalf of our client, a very highly regarded and well-known Lloyd’s Syndicate with an award winning claims team.
Working alongside the company’s Senior Claims Adjusters, the ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys problem-solving, seeking a new challenge within a very successful and dynamic Syndicate.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling US Casualty claims, ranging in complexity, within a pre-determined authority level.
*Adhering to internal and external standards for claims handling and customer service.
*Keeping the company’s Underwriters and other internal stakeholders informed of valuable claims information and/or any issues.
*Developing and maintaining positive relationships with external clients, brokers, and third party experts.
*Regularly liaising with the wider Claims team and updating them on any relevant claims movements, issues, and trends.
Key Requirements
*Experience of handling US Casualty Claims within the Lloyd’s / London market.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
*Strong problem solving skills.
