Are you experienced in social housing and can inspect homes around London and Essex? You will have a schedule of properties assigned from your admin team for you to go out to and inspect. You’ll be provided with a company car and have the benefit of working with a housing management company who are growing.

*To carry out routine inspections in tenanted properties – schedule planned by inspections admin staff
*Identify defects, health and safety risks and maintenance requirements
*Recognise tenant damages
*Complete void property checks
*Complete occupancy checks
*May be required to meet council representatives for joint inspection
*Properties based all around London & Essex
Experience required
*Understanding of fire safety
*Understanding of mould/damp
*Knowledge of social housing
*UK driving licence required
