Reintegration Mentor
Salary:£28,295.42 -£29,558.32 (Pro Rata) Start Date: ASAP

*Manage reintegration and respite support, ensuring students return to mainstream education successfully
*Develop mentoring strategies that promote personal growth and progress
*Track student success using SIMS/My Concern logs to provide structured interventions
*Collaborate with Heads of Year, SEND teams, and external agencies to shape student outcomes
What You Need:
*NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification
*Strong mentoring skills, with a background in education or student support
*Excellent organisation and communication, ensuring efficient case management
*Commitment to safeguarding and positive behaviour development
