Day-to-Day of the Role: *Oversee the maintenance and security of school facilities.
*Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all students and staff.
*Coordinate with external contractors and manage site projects.
*Support the school’s ethos and help create an inclusive atmosphere.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an SEN setting.
*Strong understanding of facility management and maintenance.
*Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
*Confidence in working with children with special needs and a desire to go above and beyond.
